At Be the Change Apparel Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are made to order, which means:
- All sales are final on custom or made-to-order items.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.
We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
- We do not offer size exchanges unless the error was made by Be the Change Apparel Co.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
- If a return is not approved, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
- Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
